If your scheduled Alsco delivery was missed or incomplete:
Immediate Steps
- Check the portal for delivery status under Deliveries > Tracking
- If marked as "Delivered" but not received, click Report Issue
- Select "Missed Delivery" or "Incomplete Order"
- Provide details (missing items, access issues)
Resolution Timeline
Same-day redelivery: Available if reported before 12:00 PM AEST
Next-day redelivery: For reports after 12:00 PM
Credit: Applied automatically if redelivery is not possible
Your account manager will follow up within 2 hours of your report.
